We understand that computers can be a bit irritating at times. This is exactly why we have a full service and repair center to serve all of your corporate or personal computer needs.
Diagnostics – $40 At Drop-Off
When you bring your laptop or desktop into our service center, we take your computer through a strict diagnostics process to discover both the source and severity of your issue. Included in our diagnostics process is a full backup of any data that hasn’t been corrupted in order to ensure that your photos, music, emails and documents won’t be lost. We require a $40 bench fee that is due when you drop your computer off. This bench fee covers the diagnostics and testing of your system. Once we have determined the source of the problem that you are experiencing, we will contact you to inform you of the issues that we found with your system and any additional cost for the repair of your computer.
